The proprietor, Bernard, has a great passion for cooking and luscious food en will prepare with great delight a delicious meal with local products, surprise you with the Ardens’ gastronomy, a regional dish, local meals, or charm an exceptionally menu ‘maison Trappeurs’.

Our specialities: raclette; fondue Kaas, wine fondue, meat fondue, chinese fondue, grill, baking sheet,….

The dishes from our kitchen will be adjusted to the seasons, your personal soft spots and the preference of the children and the theme (*) of your stay.

Many products grow in our own garden: organic gardening gives crispy and tasteful vegetables and seasoning, honey from our urticaria, fresh eggs from our free range chickens, trout,…
